Happy Wednesday! This weeks weekly inspiration comes from Ephesians 6:13-
“Therefore put on the armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.”
This verse is clearly a bit heavy, but it all pertains to something that we can learn from. Although it talks about “when the day of evil comes”, I truly believe that this verse speaks on things we can adhere to everyday. You always hear about putting on the “Armor of God” on a daily basis, but do you really do it? I can for one say that I definitely don’t, but I know I need to. It is really important to prepare yourself for whatever it is that comes your way on a daily basis, handling tough situations with grace & understanding.
Ephesians 6:13 reminds us that if we have God by our side, we are able to withstand anything! By being prepared with the truth of who we are and who we belong to, there is nothing we cannot do. This week, my challenge for you is to take a few extra minutes spending time preparing yourself for the day! Remember that God is always with you and knows what is to come in your life, regardless of how much you agree with this or not.
