My Top 8 Fall Items

Fall is finally here ya’ll (thank goodness!). There are so many staple pieces that I am loving this season that I just had to share. It’s safe to say that I’ve been over summer for a while now & can finally (shamelessly) switch my closet around. I’ve been craving some cozy flannels, booties& my fav scares. This Fall, there are so many new items that I want. I’ve rounded up my top 10 must haves this year & even linked some options (both splurges & some deals) for all. Happy shopping!

A Crisp White Shirt.

I have always been a sucker for a good white shirt! I love how you can dress them up  or down sooo easily. I recently got a new one by Sanctuary that is more lightweight than my others, and I love it! Since its literally still 80+ degrees here in the H, it’s the perfect transition piece as I am attempting to embrace Fall in the heat, ha!

Some Good Dark Denim

Okay, so I’m always a fan of  a good pair of jeans. I have soo many pair (as most of us do), but I also just have my go-to pair that I literally can’t live without! I’ve had a pair of Flares from Madewell for like years (somehow I can still fit them) && every year I get so excited to take them out for fall! Mid-wash denim are for sure my go-tos during fall (in addition to dark denim, of course). Flares are perfect for semi-casual days around the office, or even out with the girls.

Uhm..Can You Say Moisturizer?

We all know those winter months can be brutal. If you’re anywhere near like myself- you haveee to keep Carmax with you at all times during the winter (LOL- being basic as usual). During the cold season, I  keep my favs in stock. I mean, like I have at least two of them in my bathroom at all times. Clinique Moisture Surge is one that I use all year long. One thing I really like about this product is that a little goes a longgg way- you don’t need much to do the job! Trust me on this one..I’m not even getting paid to say this, lol.

A Pair of Suede Booties

..because you can never have enough shoes! Last year, I was obsessed with over the knee everything. I have over the knee boots in literally every color you could think of. This year, I’m loving suede booties. I recently got a grey pair, but I’m pretty sure that one pair is just not enough. I will for sure be going back for more very soon.

 A Striped Chunky Sweaters (..because sweater weather)

Normally I’m not a striped gal, but I have been seeing stripes everywhere lately & am becoming a fan! I love neutrals, but these colorful striped sweaters are just too cute to pass up. You can always wear them with denim for a casual look, but can pair with a fun skirt for something a bit more fab!

A Cozy Throw

I got my fur throw a couple years ago, and have bought a few more since! There is just nothing more perfect than being home on a rainy, cold day with a fuzzy throw nearby. Since I have fur babies, I of course have more than one. Actually (this is a tad bit embarrassing), my dogs liked mine so much & kept laying on it, so I bought them one of their own! If you love your babies as much as I do, you haveee to get them one. I promise- they will love it!

Your signature “Winter Frag”

I rarely switch up my perfumes, but I do so twice a year when the seasons change. During the Spring/Summer, I am all about my Pure Grace by Philosophy. I also had a thing for Gucci Bloom this year, but I’m ready to switch it up again. I linked some that I’m currently loving below, because I honestly can’t decide on just one.

Cozy Pajamas

This one is a given- with colder nights coming up, it’s time to pull out cozy jamis for those cold nights & casual Saturday mornings! During the Winter time, a t-shirt jut doesn’t do it for me anymore! I’m all about the matching set with a coffee mug in hand.
